Background
The workshop only sold in store and through Instagram messages, which took a lot of time and led to order mistakes.
The challenge
Putting a catalogue of made-to-measure products (sizes, colours) online while keeping the buying journey simple, with cash on delivery, which is in high demand in Morocco.
The solution
A WooCommerce store with clear product pages, a per-square-metre quantity calculator and cash on delivery. The team was trained to add new products on their own.
