Privacy policy for the "Weight Gain 30 days" app

This policy covers the "Weight Gain 30 days" mobile app (Grossir en 30 jours, package
air.com.yassingraph.commentgrossir), available on Android and iOS. It explains which data the app uses,
where it is kept and what your rights are.
Who publishes the app
The app is published by Yassine Wahabi (Yassin Graph), Casablanca, Morocco. For any question about your data: yassingraph@gmail.com.
What you enter stays on your phone
To tailor the program, the app asks for or records:
- your sex, age, height, weight and target weight;
- your food preferences (vegetarian, no red meat) and allergies;
- your progress: finished workouts, meals checked as eaten, swapped foods, badges, logged weights;
- your settings: language, sound, level, reminders.
This information is stored only in your phone's memory. It is never sent to our servers: we do not run any, and the app has no account system. We therefore cannot see it, sell it or share it. To erase it, use "Reset progress" in the app or uninstall the app.
Advertising: Google AdMob
The app is free thanks to ads served by Google AdMob. To show ads, measure them and prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect:
- your device's advertising ID;
- your IP address and an approximate location derived from it;
- technical device details (model, operating system, language);
- your interactions with ads and diagnostic data.
Google processes this data under its own privacy policy and rules for partner apps. Where the law requires it (European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland), the app asks for your consent before showing personalised ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalisation at any time in your phone's settings (Android: Google › Ads; iPhone: Privacy & Security › Tracking).
Reminders and voice
Reminders are scheduled on your phone; no notification server is used. Spoken exercise cues use your phone's built-in text-to-speech; nothing is recorded or sent. The app does not use your microphone, camera, contacts or precise location.
Analytics
The app uses no analytics or tracking tool apart from the advertising described above.
Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data about them. The weight-gain program is designed for adults. Teenagers should ask a parent and a doctor before following it, as should anyone with a health condition.
Security
Exchanges with Google's advertising services are encrypted (HTTPS). Data stored on your phone is protected by your phone's lock.
Your rights
Under Moroccan law 09-08 and, for users in Europe, the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, object to and erase your data. Since the app's data lives only on your phone, you manage it directly in the app. For advertising data, use your phone's settings or Google's tools. For any other request, email yassingraph@gmail.com.
Changes
This policy may change, for example if the app offers new services. The update date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
