Website design
An Arabic version is more than translated sentences: the page reads right to left, the typefaces change and people search with different keywords. I build well-structured Arabic and multilingual websites, for visitors and for Google alike.
Menus, arrows, forms and alignment mirrored properly, with nothing broken.
A readable Arabic font matched to your Latin font, loaded without slowing the website down.
Separate, translated URLs linked together with hreflang tags for Google.
A switch that leads to the same translated page and remembers the visitor's choice.
Which languages, for which visitors, and which language to show by default.
Copy written or adapted by people, not raw machine translation.
Multilingual development, right-to-left layout and testing on mobile.
Titles, descriptions and keywords worked on separately for each language.
Every language deserves its own URL, its own title and its own description. That's what lets the Arabic page rank for searches in Arabic, instead of staying invisible behind the French version.
This very website exists in French, English and Arabic, with translated URLs, right-to-left reading and automatic display in the browser's language.

Often yes, depending on the website's technology. I first review what exists to decide whether it's better to adapt it or rebuild it cleanly.
They should cover the same services, but the tone and examples can be adapted to each audience. Google rewards natural content over word-for-word translation.
